Ian Walsh - Statement of Intent

      I am a graduate Architecture student looking for an internship with a firm that I can align my values with and truly believe in the architecture that they create. I am looking for a professional environment that will guide me in a successful direction after I graduate.

      I passionately believe that great architecture must have a progressive approach to design that seeks to mediate between the global and local languages of architecture. I am interested in learning how schematic architectural ideas move into the real world and the design process is approached at a detailed scale. I have a strong interest in learning how the working architecture world operates and how all of the partners of a project work together.
